The last couple of times however, the food in the restaurants was not great, the service was slow. The bar was serviced by some random employee who didn’t really know what they were doing and served me a cheap semi dry wine. Notable for a region known for its wines. "I stayed here with my wife, 2 year old and 9 month old for 2 nights whilst travelling northern Italy.
It far exceeded our expectations, the breakfast was great, the rooms were massive and extremely clean.
The staff reception were helpful and friendly.
Overall a 5 star stay for a self catering apartment."
"Familie kamer was prima. 2 dagen verbleven restaurant was prima beetje beperkte keuze zowel lunch als avond eten hetzelfde. Misten nog wel een alternatief in de buurt. Zwembad was een leuke bijkomstigheid ook omdat er veel.locals komen dus is het een levendige bedoening. Ontbijt was ook goed. Misten alleen nog iets vers of warm bereid bijvoorbeeld gebakken eitjes.. Hotel is zeer zeker een aanrader. Personeel heel vriendelijk."

A/C not working in the room (nobody came after telling the reception)
You have to pay 5€ for an extra towel to go to the swimming pool or use the towel of your room, keeping in mind the towel dryer in the bathroom is not working in summer.
Room was dirty, a lot of pieces of plaster on the floor everywhere

The restaurant was excellent and would recommend.
The terrace was great once the sun went down. Take a glass of wine and watch the stars come out.
Now the room itself. It was clean and they gave us a free bottle of wine from their winery which was a nice touch.
The bed wasn't overly comfortable, but could be fixed with a decent matress topper. Our issue is the Airconditioning is not good enough when is is hot out. We had a west facing room...

"This is an excellent hotel, in a surprisingly great small town that has beautiful plazas and small streets, as well as great restaurants and bars. The hotel was very nice, with a wonderfully comfortable bed and a spacious room. The staff were very friendly too."
