"Excellent stay. Staff were very accommodating after experiencing an issue outside of the hotel after my check-out time. Very appreciative of them for that!"

"Great location and very quiet even though in the heart of things"

"This is a great hotel, only a short walk to the downtown are with restaurants."

"Property needs some patching work….staff was very nice"

"We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast could be improved, as there is room for more variety and better options. The location is good for exploring Ponta Delgada city and its historical sites, with many attractions easily accessible. "First, they need to invest in quality mattress and pillows. Every morning I woke up with back pain from the mattress being too thin and neck pain from the pillows being flatter than pancakes. The room was nice and spacious. The good thing is that they have a private underground garage parking. The bad thing is if you rented a large vehicle, it’s very difficult to park in the garage. The breakfast buffet need more options for people that have diet restrictions."

"Large, beautiful, and modern apartment with floor to ceiling windows and a private deck. Gorgeous views. Need a car in this area unless you like mountain climbing. Rural but upscale area. Best part was the delightful staff and delicious breakfast with lots of options and made to order eggs and omelettes. Love this place!"
