"Everything about this hotel is great except for the food. The hotel has a 24h room service but no restaurant and the food is provided in little jars by a catering company. The food is edible but really not what you would expect in France and is poor value for money. I had a quick look at the breakfast buffet but did not bother knowing that nothing is cooked on site and went to a local bakery (Boulangerie Maniez) instead. "My wife and I loved the location, it was fantastic. We were on the ground level and the ability to interact with the locals was great. The facility was very nice and the pool and sauna was very nice. It is both secluded as well as very walkable to all points in Chamonix. Parking is a valued part of the reservation. The bed was very comfortable and other than being a bit dated inasmuch as furniture, it was a comfortable 10 night stay. I will be back, I have stayed at other hotels before in...

"Modern hotel with close parking. Easy walk to the village center. We were fortunate to have a Mountain View room. Check in gentleman was helpful and friendly. Unfortunately did not have enough time to experience the spa."

"Close to ski telecabine, convenient, clean and quiet, it is not close to town centre 25 minute walk or 5/7 minute by car. Car park in town centre not easy in hot hour."

"Attached to the thermal baths and Nordic Spa is super convenient (access included in hotel rate). Staff try really hard to make it a pleasant experience. The rooms are reasonably up to date, though the bathrooms are smallish, particularly the showers. Dining options are slightly limited with the onsite buffet and the nearby Chalet a la carte Swiss traditional food. The included breakfast was decent basic offering, not high end. Overall a very pleasant and convenient way to do the Bains. "

"The most striking impression initially is the incomparable view of the Mont Blanc massif from this property. I can't imagine a better location. The staff, bar none, was superb and paid attention to every need. The restaurant was very good. Highly recommend this property!"

"It was the ideal spot for a fantastic ski vacation. Literally in the shadow of Grand Montets perhaps the best skiing in the world! Very close to village with some nice restaurants and a quick walk to train or bus we will be back for sure."

"The room needs a few extras. Better bigger towels. No wash clothes. Nespresso machine great. There is a water kettle in the room but they only leave one bag of tea unless you ask. Shower is good. Not enough electric outlets in the room. Need to disconnect the nespresso machine in order to plug the phone charger, etc…Next time I will try a different hotel in La Clusaz. Just take a chance…"
