"Excellent hotel for skiing at this lovely resort. Food and drink options were great and staff were very positive and helpful. Slight niggles such as constantly running out of basics at meal times (plates/bowls/tea bags/hot water) which was a bit annoying when you rushing to get to lessons. Great location though and very good value for money-would definitely return to this hotel and resort"

"The accommodation is very well equipped and very warm and welcoming. We had a lovely welcome from Sophie and she was easily contactable if we needed to know anything. She is a very friendly lady and very relaxed with her approach. We had a fantastic ski holiday here. We were 19 people and there was plenty of room for all of us. "Our family of 4 loved our stay in the quaint Les Balcons du Savoy! Staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The view of the surrounding Alps is spectacular!
