"+ Die Parkplätze und Zimmer sind sehr gut! Personal sehr freundlich. Man kann schön auf der Terrasse sitzen.
- Leider ist das Frühstück nicht besonders. Ebenso ist das Abendessen enttäuschend und dafür recht teuer. Das nächste Mal würden wir lieber in die Stadt laufen (schöner Spaziergang, ca. 25 Minuten) und dort zu Abend essen.
Die Wellnessanlage ist sehr klein."

"Kamer was uitstekend (ruim, perfect in orde en dagelijks opgemaakt) met prima badkamer. Minder was de receptioniste die niet op de hoogte was ( of dat toch niet vermeldde) dat je in Tours ook gratis kan parkeren, De betaalparking is ook een optie maar daarvoor regel je best een abonnement. Ontbijt was ok maar was zeker geen must. Tours was schitterend!"
"De kamer had zijn beste tijd duidelijk gehad, met een airco die te beperkt was.
Het raam gaf uitzicht op een muur op 5 meter en was tamelijk klein.
De parkeergarage is een uitdaging zowel door de beperkte capaciteit als door de lage ingang (1,90 meter) met een smalle haakse bocht aan het einde. Zeker niet met een grotere SUV proberen.
Personeel was niets op aan te merken, zowel de jonge dame bij de ontvangst als de jongeman bij vertrek waren heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk.
Het ontbijt was goed."
"It is a 3.0 star hotel. Old, carpets were dirty and old. In the room, elevator, halls….old broken and dirty carpets. By all means it is not a 3 star hotel. Lack of parking."
"Great spot in the center of town. Lovely pool. Plentiful breakfast. Having a designated parking lot was great only we got back late one night and couldn’t enter because it was locked and the desk wasn’t staffed so we had to find parking elsewhere."
"Disapointed by this hotel and not worth the price...we were 4 people, there was not enough towels so we ended up having to share towels. Same for the pool area, no towels available. We were here on a sunday so it might explain they had not received delivery of linens. Still, no help from the staff.
Very limited and expensive options to eat there as there, so we ended up going out. Overall, this is not a NOVOTEL standard and the 4 stars are not justified. Breakfast was nice but that's about it."
"I didn’t expect it to be this good. I’d just booked the cheapest room, expecting a small room in the attic. But it was very large, newly renovated with an updated (excellent) shower. The AC was completely silent and cooled down the room effectively despite it being 99 F outside.
The restaurant is okay for dinner and great for breakfast.
We also enjoyed the pool table and walking along the little river nearby. Best chateau stay we had on this trip 10/10"
"Everything was top notch; and Angel was amazing to deal with. They offered an excellent breakfast; and were top notch in accommodating and attending to all our needs. The rooms were delightful; and the stay was awesome! Would love to stay again next time. Plenty of restaurants and shopping near by. Fantastic!"
