"My room was clean but compact. The shower had good water pressure but the drain was slow so there was excess standing water while taking a shower. The breakfast options were below expectations. There was no coffee available before 7am.
The beading was thin and no extra blankets. Parking was extremely poor and difficult to find"
"Bad bad old really bad customer service
Double charged still waiting on credit card dispute
Beds were terrible
Lobby has a water leak the ceiling could fall anytime"
"I found the hotel was very handy with the 24 hour desk especially as flight was delayed and missed the last train to Lucca and had to get a taxi. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and airy. Would highly recommend"
"We booked a small double room but it was very comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff were very helpful and kindly tolerated my speaking Italian. Breakfast was varied and plentiful with great coffee. And the location was great - a walk from the station and a short walk from the city walls. Thank you"
"We loved everything about this hotel. Convenient parking, friendly and helpful staff, great buffet breakfast and was in a great location. We’ll definitely stay here again when we’re back in Lucca."
Mancava frutta...
"We had an amazing stay! Everyone, especially Mario was so kind and helpful. The location was great, breakfast was delicious and the room had everything we could have asked for. Thank you so much to the entire team. We will definitely be back!!!!"
