We were shown to the room called "Pearl" which with a quick look round showed it to be unclean. There was a general damp smell about the room. "When we arrived, we learned the hotel was overbooked but the manager helped us into one of their sister properties. The room was comfortable and breakfast delicious. Service was great aside from some young guy at the front desk with a horrible attitude (thank goodness for the great manager!)"
