We had small problem with our room, but on bringing it to the attention of the hotel, this was dealt with promptly and efficiently in very courteous way. "Hotel is lovely staff are excellent. My only disappointment is the extras. I paid £185 for a room with breakfast only to find out that it covered continental only and if I wanted to upgrade to full English I could but at an extra cost. On checking out there was any another stealth cost for parking of £10. Really, we’re in Cornwall not a major city centre and the hotel own the car park. This tainted what was a lovely stay "
