"This hotel is marketed as upscale and luxurious, but my experience was quite the opposite. After arriving late in the evening, around 11:45 PM, I was disappointed to find a room that felt extremely dated and in need of significant renovation. The furnishings and overall condition of the room gave an old, neglected impression, and cleanliness did not meet my expectations. The experience was so disappointing that, had it not been so late, I would have looked for alternative accommodations...

"Our day was just OK very disappointing for the area that this hotel is in. The AC was just ok. And found a pill on the floor took pictures but didn't report it. My husband was staying in the hospital across the street and had to get over there early that morning. Housekeeping needs to vacuum better obviously"

"I was there for 3 nights and enjoyed every moment. There are so many restaurants within a walking distance. You don't have to leave the area if you don't want to...I wish I could've stayed longer, but will be back again and again"

"It was renovated 2025. Parts of equipments snd furniture still old. Generally is very good place and reminds me of good Aramco’s ch-8 assignment days. Breakfast very limited."
