"Beautiful hotel"

"We’ve had bad experiences before with twin beds pushed together instead of a proper double bed, so this was especially disappointing. We came to celebrate our 21st anniversary and were allocated two single beds joined together. During the night the beds separated, leaving a gap in the middle, and we were both woken up after falling into it. We both struggled to sleep and ended up with back pain the next morning. We informed the manager in the morning. She apologised and offered Prosecco, which...

"Could of had on site entertainment as way up on top of cliff , also on site restaurant closes at 5pm , Otherwise clean with friendly staff , who were very helpful. Good range of breakfast options too."

"Very quick and easy check in. Staff very friendly. Large and clean room Air con not working and room extremely hot and uncomfortable. Reported this as error code on unit and was provided with a pub in fan, unfortunately not helpful, therefore uncomfortable night"

"Hotel is great but there is not enough staff woring at the reception an in the morning/breakfast time at the restaurant there is also not enough staff working which is bit hectic. There are 4 desks at the reception and only 1 or sometimes 2 receptionist are serving customers which make us wait for long. Restaurant is nice. Breakfast time -English basic breakfast is served but lunch time dinner has more to offer. Gym/Spa is very nice and walkig distance to the beach is also great."
