"I booked this stay for some much needed relaxation. I was given an upgrade to a suite, however there was no bath unlike the room I had booked for this specific reason. The staff found us an alternative room which was meant to have a bath, however it also didn't. As we had a dinner reservation to get to, we just settled for the suite.
