"The hotel is very nice: clean, more on the higher end. Checking was quick and efficient. We spoke with Rafal and he was great. The spa is a bonus and I LOVED my massage at the spa. The hydro pool is small but very clean and serine. The nice smoothie at the end was a surprising touch. We used the restaurant onsite and it was really great: food and service. Nothing bad to say, we loved it. "

"Loved the location. Very convenient and walkable to everything in town. Small gripe, but i do not know why these hotels say they are eco friendly and if you want to reuse your towel to leave it hanging, but then they replace it anyway. What is the point? You either are or are not eco friendly in that regard. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay."

"My only comment is that it was kept too cold inside. Other than that it was extremely nice and well positioned in Killarney. The staff was also great and helpful"

"Ample parking space, great staff at front desk. Easy checkin/out. Big swimming pool but didn't have enough time to use. Lovely, modern decor (industrial type with exposed pipes, walls) in black/white scheme. Continental breakfast delivered early, left at door to avoid waking guests up (a good thing!) with croissant, muffin, OJ, yogurt etc. Very adequate and good, healthy meals. The only negative point which is common in Ireland is the lack of kleenex and mini fridge. Women need kleenex for...

"Great location near town. Walkable to most places. Nice pub and great breakfast. Parking is tight and the rooms a bit small for our liking. A large or elderly person would have a hard time navigating the tub and shower that came with our room. "
