"If you have anywhere else to go, I would recommend going there. The text line did not work, room service closed early, the room was overheated, and the bathroom had no hot water."

"This hotel is in a great location which is the best thing going for it. The rooms are quite clean but very tired and worn. Needs some major renovations. Under new ownership so room rates have increased significantly in recent months while nothing has changed to justify this. As a result, value for $ has declined."

"Loved every minute of it!"

"We drove 3 and a half hours for a concert and we're held hostage at the entrance from former employees protesting for.over 2 hours. The hotel did nothing not even apologize. If you wanted to go anywhere in Toronto, you had to walk off the grounds to get and Uber. Other that that, the hotel was clean and the restaurants were really good."

"Small room, next to elevator shaft noisey. Not worth the money I paid. Stay away from room 609"
