"Very hospitable! We stayed 4 nights with our teenagers. We had one room and our kids had one due to the small size room. It was perfect because we did not spend much time in room. Staff is very helpful and patient since we knew little Japanese. The food at the restaraunt is very good and fresh! Laundry was easy to use. We would reco.mend this place it is very close to attractions in Shibuya."

"Love the view in our rooms. Staff very nice and excellent location. Close to station and lots of restaurants but still have some peaceful vibe as the hotel not really in the middle of busy street. Breakfast are lovely but as we are spending 4 nights it has become very repetitive and boring as they are not changing the menu at all. Will be back in 2 weeks after travelling around Japan and they stored some of our luggages for free until next check-in."

"It was a super nice and clean hotel. It was close to many restaurants and very close to the Metro. If I could say the only bad thing about the place was the breakfast was way too expensive and our room was super small. "

"スタッフの方々の対応はどなたに伺ってもとても丁寧で温かく助かりました。 朝食バイキングが複数のレストランから選べるのも混雑緩和たけでなく楽しく、また夕食が22時台まで時間指定なしで食べられるのも助かりました。 一点だけ挙げるとすれば、9階のエレベーターホールの匂いが苦手でした。経年による様々な匂いの蓄積なのか、エレベーターは避けて通れないだけにもったいないな、と。（お部屋は清潔感があり匂いもしませんでした。）改装済みの階は違うのかもしれません。 とはいえ、とても良い滞在でした！ありがとうございました。"

"I stayed at the Mitsui Premier Hotel for five nights. The room was a bit small, but it was manageable and clean. The bed was comfortable, and the location was very central to all the high-end shopping districts. The hotel is closer to Shinbashi station than Ginza station, about a 10-minute walk.
