"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was much smaller than expected, making it uncomfortable for a longer stay. In addition, the housekeeping service was below standard. The staff seemed to focus only on cleaning the bathroom, while the rest of the room was often left untouched and not properly cleaned. Overall, the room size and poor housekeeping significantly affected my experience, and I do not feel that the hotel met the standards I expected."

"Great staff!"

"Great staff, clean room plenty of space for a couple."

"Kamer is ruim genoeg voor 2 personen. Dit is de 2e keer dat we voor deze hotel hadden gekozen. Het personeel is goed."

"The hotel has an excellent location, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and fast elevators. Housekeeping was also good. However, the rooms are outdated, the furniture and bathrooms need renovation, the carpet had an unpleasant smell, and the lighting was poor. There was also some minor noise. Considering the high price, the overall experience was disappointing. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again."

"Bring ear plugs. It is noisy outside at night."

"Great location in proximity to other venues, VERY small rooms"

"This hotel was so close to everything"

"Very clean and lovely room, although the bathroom was incredibly small and tight in comparison to the rest of the space. The hotel had an excellent location that was within walking distance to a ton of Philadelphia attractions, restaurants, shops, and neighborhoods we wanted to visit."
