"Great breakfast buffet. 2 blocks to supermarket and London Underground can’t beat that. Loved that we had a walk in large wardrobe. Cleaned room daily. It’s an older building and some hall floors are carpeted over and uneven but what more can they do?. It all worked well. Also very quiet and staff super friendly- we never really needed to interact with them just walked on and out. Good security also though felt like a very safe area. "

"The staff are very friendly and helpful. Mary on reception let us check in early as the room was ready. Mary gave us a quiet room as requested. Guests are not always considerate though as they banged doors and ralked loudly in the early hours of the morning. We checked in on my birthday so a gesture of a card would have been nice."

"Hyatt Place London Heathrow Airport was the perfect place to spend my last night in London. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Our room was clean and very comfortabIe. We jumped on the bus to Heathrow right in front of the hotel. I will definitely stay here again. "

"Smallest room I’ve stayed in so far although I was offered the option of upsizing for a charge. Toilet seat moved each time it was used and crack noticeable in the sink. Linen was very good and clean. "

"We loved the hotel and the staff were very polite and professional throughout. We had a lovely room 1205 and the view across London was amazing. Unfortunately we were disturbed on both nights by the family in the next room. They obviously had small children and the mother mostly was screaming at them to be quiet.
