The views of the lake and mountains are spectacular and the hotel is very modern, clean and comfortable with many quaint sitting areas inside and on the beautiful terraces. Guests can use the spa facilities and it is definitely worth it to find time to use them. Food is great and the staff is so very kind and helpful. Great customer service all around."

"Overall, a great hotel to stay at in Como. The location is perfect, right around wonderful restaurants to eat at, and of course by the harbor for easy access to boat travel. The room was nice and clean as well as a perfect balcony view over the harbor/lake Como itself. Breakfast was good and the staff were all very friendly including help with parking. Would definitely recommend if looking for an easy and comfortable hotel to stay at in Como. No complaints. "

Their hospitality made every visit special, and their mixed beverages were expertly crafted and consistently delicious. Whether we were winding down after a day of adventure or enjoying a pre-dinner cocktail, Domenico and Marco made sure everything was perfect. We left with two new friends. One of the true highlights was the spa experience with Lisa, whose lymphatic drainage massage was absolutely wonderful. She is incredibly skilled, attentive, and made me feel completely relaxed and rejuvenated. It was truly one of the best spa treatments I’ve ever had. We were also lucky enough to plan a rehearsal dinner and Welcome drink experience with Chiara. She went above and beyond to make sure we knew all of our options and plans for our wedding celebration coming up. Her attention to detail, warmth, and thoughtful hospitality made everyone feel welcome and at ease. She’s truly a gem. The grounds of the hotel are stunning, with sweeping views of Lake Varese and an atmosphere that feels both tranquil and grand.
