"A 4 star for a 4 star...which is much more a 3 star. Staff are friendly, but laid back. If you manage to get their attention it'll still take 10 mins to get you a drink. The animation team are constantly working, long hours from sun up for breakfast to after sundown and closing shows. 8am to 11pm. Got to hand it to them. Amenities need updating, as do rooms. Our shower drain was blocked when we areived, meaning an 11pm flood! Maintenance areived within 5 mins, and a cleaner 10 mins later. Great service...but after the fact. Beach is a few mins walk down a dead end street, so very quiet. Beach is busy though"

"We were treated exceptionally with great attentiveness. Malek , the property manager, went above and beyond to accomodate all of our needs. He was always available and responsive to help at any time. Highly recommended. A 5 star rating is not enough."
