"We stayed for couple of nights here during our visit to Madrid. We hhave mixed feelings about this hotel. The rooms were not ready by check in time. The front desk offered to store our luggage till the room was ready. The 2 bedrooms were spacious and comfortable with modern amenities for our family(2 adults and 2 teenage kids) We loved the closet ,it was huge walk in closet. The bathroom was the only con it was tiny and the door handle came off , we tried to explain to the guys at the front desk...

"We stayed here one night prior to plane travel. Just to note that you have to call the hotel for the airport shuttle upon arrival at Barajas. The hotel is about a 15 minute drive from the airport but there can be heavy traffic. The hotel is modern and the room is comfortable and quiet. The pool is not heated. The little commercial area has some good restaurants. The metro is a short walk through a residential area. "
