"The staff was extremely helpful and friendly- top rated. The breakfast was decent/ok by Spain standards, and the room was very clean. This is an extremely large hotel, and the signage is not great, which made navigating somewhat difficult- especially finding the fitness center and my room. Once found, said fitness center was disappointing. All but 1 treadmill was out of service, and the elliptical machines were very low-end. The weight area was serviceable. "Upon checking in we learnt that the hotel does not accept 3 adults and 1 child in a room so they then charged us 250 euro additional for our 4 night stay yet when I booked through Expedia I clearly stated 3 adults and a baby aged 2 checking into the hotel read the small print on these hotels they do get you if your not careful but a decent hotel staff were ok"
