It ran from 9-5 only turning off for about a hour for the rain! We couldn’t enjoy our balcony or even just relax in the room! "Registration staff very personable. Constant text to check if all is good or need anything."

"Try staying in a room that when you walk off the elevator, you walk 3 feet straight into your room, and have to listen to all the drunks coming in at all hours of the night off the elevator, as if they were in their own house, and a room and bathroom that was smaller than your walk-in closet"

"Will never stay anywhere but Havana Cavana. It truly is a 5 star resort the staff is beyond friendly helpful and appreciated. You can tell they care about their guests and go above and beyond. The manager Christian is amazing and helpful same with Lana! 10/10 if you go to key west this is where you should stay!"

"I enjoyed my stay. It was a very nice place. I would stay again"
