"A condo turned into a sort of hotel in a depressing area full of condos. Nothing in the area and mediocre service and staff. They aren't really hotel staff with the normal competencies in the hospitality business. I would not go back to that place again. They offer no services or breakfast and the price is very high considering what a hotel would offer for the same price. Coming back from Hamburg, Germany as a comparison, where normally Europe is more expensive, the German hotel offered services...

"Nice location to walk to Mount Royal Park (25 minutes) and Old Montreal (30 minutes). Helpful staff. One problem - Don't take stairs to move between floors (like to get to or from ice dispensers on even floors) as all doors were locked getting out of the stairwell except for the ground floor!"

"Came to Montreal from Toronto to watch the Canada V Ireland game. Stayed at Delta and couldn’t be happier. 8 gents of various ages and all enjoyed the squash court, the gym, the sauna (small but amazing) and the (not very hot) hot tub. Staff were super pleasant and helpful on site bar/restaurant was very nicely set up and we had a great time watching the hockey there Saturday night. Super close to the metro, quick change to 1 bus to the airport made it a very cost effective way for a large group...

"Hotel is a boutique hotel. Cannot expect like other big chain hotels. For example, no room dining after 10 pm. Rooftop is beautiful, but have no drinks or food options upstairs. You can order at the restaurant at the lobby and then take it upstairs. Small bathrooms. If someone likes more of some view, request higher floor otherwise you will be looking at a wall from your window. Otherwise the hotel was clean and staff was helpful"

"Very clean and comfortable property and rooms. Good view. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. However need a wheelchair eye level mirror in bathroom or at desk. Also need another lamp in the room as too dark at night. A shower chair with an back and arms would be nice."
