"Our bathroom especially the tub area was full of mold and the door on the tub didn’t seal properly so every time we showed there was water all over the floor. There was a ceiling leak in two areas in the bathroom. There was mold around the countertop also. They sent a maintenance man who did not do anything for the ceiling leak or the mold and they never offered to move us to a different room. I have an allergy to mold so staying the room aggravated my allergies. In addition the duvet cover...

"Posizione ottima a Spello, parcheggio pubblico comodo a pochi passi dalla struttura (appena fuori le mura). Stanza ampia e pulita. Piscina molto bella (da curare però la manutenzione giornaliera).

"The Hotel is Okay, definitely no worth of the name GRAND Hotel. There is nothing Grand about it. It is a decent place for a short stay. Very small rooms with Balcony. I will show you a picture or what they consider a balcony. Nice outside pool. The Staff was very nice. If you go to the Restaurant do not expect a traditional Italian food but tiny portions of something they have to explain in order for you to know what you are eating. No worth the money. Much better food just outside a 3-5 minutes...
"Outstanding location , with breathtaking views of Umbria from atop of the hill on which the small town of Bettona is located . During the 13th and 14th centuries the hotel was a hospital and an orphanage . Wasn’t thrilled with the restaurant , but that of course is a matter of taste. All in all , I enjoyed the 3 night stay , using it as a base to visit Perugia (30 minutes drive) and Assisi (also 30 minutes).
Just plan the parking locations near the major sights , otherwise , it’s an arduous...
"avevamo due cani piccoli e non ci sono stati problemi. Il personale e' stato molto gentile e professionale. Camera pulita. Unico neo, il bagno era riscaldato ad una temperatura eccessiva. Ci torneremo comunque perche' e' un posto splendido!"
