"Hottub not clean 1st nite n no towels...but the have my parking free"

"Nicely updated hotel. Very convenient location to downtown amenities. The kids loved the pool. I liked that there is an exterior parking lot and if you’re fortunate enough to find a spot parking in that parking lot is free."

"Pool and hot tub were out of service at the time"

"Room and hotel were clean and loved the view of the lake. The parking lot can be a challenge when they hold a special event, which was the case when I have stayed there twice. Otherwise the hotel is good."

"The morning breakfest was amazing and the staff RIC was the best"

"The hotel was clean and in a good location, but for the price, breakfast should at least be included."

"Everything was unique especially the automated system. Enjoyed the spa. We had some difficulty using the living room tv. Could not find local channels. Everything was LG channels. Otherwise the location, decor and amenities was extraordinary. We will tell our friends about this wonderful place."
