"This place looked like an old hotel that we probably bumped into this very year in a stepping-stone period towards its becoming a proper boutique hotel (perhaps I will go back next year to double check). As a matter of fact the reception was stunning but once you get in your room you have the feeling of having being trown in some kind of B&B that needs a lot of refurbishing asap. "We had dinner at the Nuvole, menu a la carte. It was fantastic and we got the best service and food ever! The surroundings of the hotel and the view from there is spectacular, a must see!"

Not the most modern hotel , but immaculately clean..the pool area is nice, it has amazing views of the coast, and stunning sunsets. We we're full board, not something we normally have but the food was excellent..Lucia is a very young owner, a lovely man. I wish him well, he and his team deserve to do well"

"Seems to be a hotel for families without the amusements of a holiday park. Staff were slow rude and no service after check in. The pool was too small and over crowded with families so we didn't get to use it. Only best perk was the private beach and it was very nice. The staff at the beach were friendly."

"What a joke. They advertise all these wonderful amenities and when we arrived there was absolutely nothing available. No spa, no beach, no tennis, no laundry facilities, no hair salon. We would never have stayed here if we had know. When we complained they offered us a free drink! I have complained through the hotel and the refuse to respond and tried to get a refund from Expedia with no luck. Don't go to this hotel if you are expecting lots to do.....there is nothing!"

"Check in was easy. There was parking which was not always the case in most hotels in Italy. Marco was so nice and bubbly showing us our rooms. Even though there was a language barrier we could understand each other. The hotel was conveniently located near our local family in Diamante and the wedding venue. Loved how beautiful the beach was at the hotel. Each room gets an assigned umbrella at the beach. When visiting family again, we would definitely stay here."
