"Convenient though not centrally localed. Very great staff like at the breakfast room, I couldn’t eat much and the attending staff were so kind to offer a continental breakfast at a lower price. Out of the box service. Reception was always crowded & took time to clear the guests. Security not consistent cos there was a strange lady who wanted to go upstairs but didn’t seem to be a guest. I refused to tap my card to give her access. There was no security checking on her.. May need to employ...

"One of the most strange modern hotel concepts E V E R. The good news was a very helpful Front Desk Team Member, otherwise it was DIY. The central A/C was set at 20.5 C in the middle of a terrible heat wave and it was warm everywhere in the hotel and I mean EVERYWHERE. Our room resembled a hostel space - a long narrow space with bed set into the end of it - totally ENCLOSED ON THREE SIDES. We had to crawl into it, lying across the bed in order to get to the bathroom in the middle of the night....

"Check in process was easy, staff was very kind and helpful during initial check in. We were promised 3 water bottles as we had 3 guests sharing a room, one bottle was already in the room, we were informed we would get the other 2 later. We waited overnight and decided to go ask for ourselves the next morning. Different staff at front desk said they only give out one bottle per room, and that the previous staff I spoke to was incorrect in promising us one per guest. A little confusing, and second...

"What was unexpected was the whole pool from 2011 had changed no lanes have to make reservations and sure family friendly but too tiny and the gym tiny too for such a big international hotel I expected different especially for the price of stay. I understand have a conference area or two but still noticed a lot of wasted space. Otherwise, comfortable beds and nice air goad the fridge worked for my chocolates that i was taking back for friends and family"
