"The room is too small, there is not even a chair. No coffee making machine nor an iron box. There don’t provide even drinking water. The only positive thing I can say about this positive thing is the great locational advantage. Other than that, it’s a shabby place. It took a lot of time at the registration desk. I won’t recommend it to my friends. It’s not a good place. Having collected resort fee, they charged $2 for a cup of hot water. It’s a hopeless place"

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was much smaller than expected, making it uncomfortable for a longer stay. In addition, the housekeeping service was below standard. The staff seemed to focus only on cleaning the bathroom, while the rest of the room was often left untouched and not properly cleaned. Overall, the room size and poor housekeeping significantly affected my experience, and I do not feel that the hotel met the standards I expected."

"Staff was attentive and quick to respond to any concern that came up. The location of this hotel is really what you pay for as you’re conveniently located a few steps away from Central Park, the Lincoln Center, and the major subway station in Columbus circle. I felt safe the entire stay and well taken care of as housekeeping came in everyday of our 5 day stay."
