"Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bed super comfortable. I will definitely stay there again."

"I did not like the breakfast option. You pay $35.00 per day, and every day it is the same breakfast, not a single change."

"Wonderful Staff to greet you on arrival & quick to check in & arrange the early morning Shuttle to the Airport. Clean & spacious Room, & handy to have a Restaurant & Bar onsite. Another great Stay. Thanks"

"Not any"

"Good value, spacious room, handy location, extremely nice and helpful staff - exactly what we needed for our 3 night stay in Auckland within our budget (which did not extend to luxury hotel with harbour view). Did not use restaurant/ breakfast facilities so can't comment. Made use of kettle, fridge, hairdryer and ironing board in room ! Thank you"

"Love everything about the hotel. Excellent breakfast and beautiful room! Will def stay again without doubt if I’m ever in Auckland again."

"Convenient location, it is on the harbour, plenty of eateries, easy access to transit - it is a transit hub including train and buses. The staff was very willing and attentive."

"This would be my third stay here. Unfortunately this experience was not the same as previous. Check-in staff was lovely except the other (who I can only assume to be the manager or senior to the check-in staff) was obnoxious to say the least. I had raised a query that the exhaust fan was not working, The check-in staff attempted to get some more info and genuinely listened and then sought guidance with the other staff (obnoxious one) who just over-talked to the both of us saying it works...

"Great hotel in the center of the business district. Can walk to sky tower, harbor, war Memorial Museum."

"Great location, friendly staff. Enough space in the room. Perfect for a short break."

"it was clean and good, staff was very helping i really liked the hotel"

"All good"
