The staff member presenting to us was very knowledgeable, so sweet and kind! We had a few minor hiccups when checking into the room, however they were tended to very quickly and resolved without hassle. We loved the property, all the meals were excellent. Overall such a fabulous addition to our Portugal vacation! "
