"I loved the hotel and the room, it had character and historic appeal. I was in the single room, I was worried it'd be small but to my surprised it was quite large, I had plenty of space for my luggage and didn't feel cramped at all, I was very happy with it. Bathroom was small, not an issue for me but might be for bigger humans. Staff at the reception desk were very nice, the breakfast lady - not so much. Location was good, very close to the river and bridges, a short walk from the station. "

Hotel staff was very nice, gave us suggestions on sight seeing and transportation options in Lucerne. Breakfast was tasty with wide selection and frendly hostess. "

Beds are comfortable, apartments clean and functional, staff are helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone with young children. The hotel is very near the train station and easy to wheel luggage from the train station to the hotel.
