"The room and hotel were clean. Roof top bar was nice. The images of the rooms make the room appear larger than they are. With 2 people, 2 suitcases and 2 back packs there was minimal room to get around the bed or into bathroom. The bathroom is in a glassdoored room so if you’re not comfortable on the toilet or showering in front of somebody, get comfortable. "The staff was wonderful and the bar tenders were incredible. The hotel need to be updated for sure. Good value. A little too close to the train station. The room cleaners could not communicate and never gave me the coffee and menu bar refills as requested. I stayed there for 5 nights and it was easy to get around from here to the whole region If you like orange this is your place"

"It’s a long walk into the city, approximately 3k. The road is incredibly busy and the bridge over the railway lines difficult to walk over each time. I did so on 11 occasions on a 3 night stay. The hotel appeared under staffed at peak breakfast time. It was very difficult to find a cleared table."

"Room was clean and nice, big bathroom, but AC didn't work. Mini fridge was nice and full of drinks - you can't store anything in it easily. Like the options in the mini fridge though. Hotel is very close to the bus stop which is nice too."

"This was actually a great location - not too far from the university and historic center and very close to bus and train stations. There was an international festival when we were there, so that made it loud on the terrace at night, and we had to keep asking for coffee refills, plus there were sometimes a lot of conference people, making service a little difficult, but other than that, it was very pleasant! Nice, big rooms and bathrooms."

"An okay stay however if any issues, the receptionist are somewhat unbothered and only willing to help when convenient for them. Breakfast is quite the let down with minimal options. The hotel although given a 4 star does not operate as one. At best it is a 3 star hotel but given the pricing relative to other hotels in Bologna, I guess it’s okay"

"Das Personal war freundlich, das Frühstück war gut. Es waren ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Die gesamte Anlage war ansprechend und sehr gut gepflegt. Man wurde nicht durch Lärm gestört, es herrschte angenehme Ruhe. Einen Nachteil in meinem Zimmer gab es: Die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht regeln und kühlte das Zimmer konstant auf unter 18°C herunter. Auch über die Rezeption war keine Änderung möglich. Diese Temperaturen sind zu niedrig."

"We visited Bologna for 4 days. Overall the hotel is very good and meets the 4* Rating. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was buffet style with a good selection of food. Fresh orange juice is available if you ask for it. It’s a 20 minute walk to the centre of Bologna. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"Property did not have air conditioning, it was hot, had to open windows to sleep. There were guests sitting outside in front of the lobby talking very loud until early morning hours. Some strange pheasant birds kept us awake most nights, it was hard to sleep with all the noises. Parking could be better, not enough spaces."
