"By Western standards, this property is best described as rustic and beautiful. It’s within walking distance of the airport but somehow managed to feel secluded. It’s a short ride to Doi Suthep, which is breathtaking.
Next to the property is a shopping mall and grocery store so it’s easy to stock up on anything you may need. There’s also a 7/11 a short walk away. I also really appreciated the in room washing machine."

The hotel is located in Old Town which is very convenient. There are lovely restaurants, coffee shops and massage places within walking distant.
The night markets are about 10min walk and 7eleven is 2min walk.
Staff were lovely.
The tour lady that sits there is helpful too and we booked our excursions through her.

"This is neither a hotel nor a resort. Used to be. Now a residential place with NO reception. They tell you to call first and the woman answering is like, I don’t speak English and why are you calling. If you come with more than one person you are locked out without an extra security key. I asked the non English speaking woman who finally showed at the front desk, where’s the pool. She nicely walked me to the right corridor so I could find an empty pool. No water. No sign.
Oh and it’s so close...
"The property is well kept, but they need to pay attention to guest needs after hours. There is no restaurant service after breakfast. We were told that they have been open for only two months. "
