"I stayed for one night while visiting my daughter at Chichester University and had hoped to find a hotel I could use regularly, but I will not be returning.
The website says parking is available, but the hotel car park was difficult to find, extremely small and full. After a 2½-hour drive, I had to navigate a very busy town centre to find alternative parking, all of which was chargeable. The limited parking needs to be explained much more clearly before booking.

"Beautiful rooms, I've never seen so many light switches and sockets to plug into ! let down by poor maintenance on the bathroom doors, which didn't close due to not fitting in the frame by a few cm! Maybe they were just being installed, but not great when you can't close the door.
We had a very fancy fan, but would be cautious booking without air-con in the hotter times.
Breakfast was good ! proper bread, and a chef who can cook eggs without them being snotty or hard boiled !

"Had a really good weekend away at the Bailiffscourt Hotel with our son. Location is convenient from London and it feels very magical. The spa and pool are lovely and the setting is really pleasant. Staff were great and restaurant is really nice. Overall good escape for a short break."
