"Space was small and the air con is central. We did not have control of the air con and had to call the reception each time we needed to alter the temperature."
"The hotel’s location is excellent—away from the chaos but still close to the main Florence attractions. We were able to walk almost everywhere, which was very convenient.
The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooftop bar, restaurant, and pool were wonderful. The property is very well located and offers some great amenities.
The room was okay, The bathroom, in particular, is poorly designed. It is quite small, yet has a large sink, toilet, and bathtub, leaving very little space to...
"Nice modern business hotel with spacious rooms. Mine had a balcony too. Plenty of parking on site. I ate in the restaurant which was good and reasonably priced. It’s a bit out of the way, so definitely not somewhere to explore Siena on foot by!"
"This was by far my favorite stay in Italy! I felt safe, the location was great, and the inside of the hotel was gorgeous. I especially appreciated that they gave me the specific room I requested. That was such a nice touch and made me feel like they really listened to my request.
I absolutely loved the room—the decor, the aesthetic, the cleanliness, and all the little extra amenities. Everything felt very thoughtful, from the bathrobe, and slippers to the beautiful decor. Honestly, it’s hard...
"An amazing hotel in a fantastic location! Everything we wanted to explore was within easy walking distance. The hotel was clean, and the staff were wonderful—friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We had a lovely stay and would happily return!"
"Great and affordable hotel outside Florence so we could have a pool to cool down in.
Lovely restaurant on site, didn’t explore food options in walking distance.
Helpful staff who explained bus routes etc into Florence
Bus route with various app really easy to follow and buy ticket. Took about 20 mins to get into centre.
We travelled in August and it was late 30’s temp wise each day so was a relief to come back to the hotel each afternoon to cool off in air con and pool.
The family room we...
"This hotel was perfect for us. Right near Point Vecchio where hundreds of shops and restaurants are. The staff (especially Emanuel) were perfect. They took the time to speak with us and help when requested. Our room was a very spacious garden view on the first floor, the private garden was our front yard. The roof top bar was great too, get there early if you wish to watch the sunset with a drink. The next time we visit Florence we would certainly stay here again."
"A magnificent building (converted villa) in a very salubrious area just outside the Roman gate entry to the old town. It’s about a mile to the Ponte Vecchio or €1 on the bus !
The hotel is a little shabby in places but the pool is a little gem to enjoy after a days walking round Florence, albeit a little cold.
The bar area could be buzzing but is infrequently manned and therefore doesn’t draw the guests.
We had no wardrobes just a hanging rail and absolutely no drawer space or bedside...
