"The only compliant I had was I payed for a late checkout & and housekeeping, kept on knocking on the door for me to leave the room after I paid for an extra 2 hour check out. The front staff needs to communicate better with housekeeping for future guests who want to extend the extra 2 hours of late check out."

"I loved that my dog got a welcome doggie goody bag on check-in and she could eat breakfast with us. Very clean, modern and lots of choice for breakfast. Will definitely stay again. We stayed the night before as we caught the channel tunnel the following morning which was convenient."

"Stayed here for daughter's wedding and we rented 10 lodges between us. Ideal setting as all close together and was great for all the family to be together. Lodges lovely and adequately sleep 6, however some are very dark and some at top of a steep hill. We stayed in number 2 which was lovely, very bright and had a nice bit of garden for kids to run about in, however some further up do not have this facility and are darker as big trees very close by. I would definitely stay again."

"Lovely property .. great location in heart of Rye. We stayed in a cosy room .. it was fab, beautiful decor and great facilities. Great breakfast nice bar. Staff were great but in particular a great duo on reception ( didn’t get names) but a blonde lady so accommodating allowing us to leave bags before checking in, so we could explore Rye and an Australian male that impressed us in returning a missed phone call before arriving and ensuring we had a pleasant stay. "Beautiful hotel. We were greeted by a glass of prosecco whilst we checked in. We had a standard room which was more than adequate in size and it has the softest bed and linen I think I have ever stayed in, the room had a balcony looking out over part of the golf course. We played golf and used the spa after which is intimate in size but well worth using. We ate in both restaurants and had breakfast on the terrace both mornings. The food is very much American asian infusion and is fantastic. Not massively vegan friendly menu but they made the effort to cater for me. Everyone one was really friendly and nothing was too much of an ask. They also have amazing cars if you want to be chauffeured!"
