"With the exception of the dinner, everything was good. B/F was excellent, hotel staff and restaurant personnel were great, room was clean & quiet, but the dinner (cook by an Italian chef apparently) was under par."

"Nice place with good lake view"

"Great location! Wonderful staff!"

"We were on the lowest floor above a very loud ally/courtyard frequented by restaurant staff breaking glass bottles, talking, and smoking until late at night. The room was comfortable. Desk staff get overwhelmed at check-in; the luggage storage area is not monitored by staff"

"It was great in everyway but for families I would say it had a small rooms but clean, andneverything. The other thing was make sire to get a room from the lake side not from the other side because the views are spectacular"

"Clean very comfortable"

"The check-in UI is not convenient. The real button is mixed with useless button when sign in after arrival."

"Amazing hotel "

"Charged extra fees"
