"This is a great place outside of the main tourist area but easy to get to main square. Easy access to the airport and the trains to get to where lever you need to go. Evenings are a nice still a great vibe and lots of people out enjoying their food. Rooms are nice spacious and clean. The only issue is their AC is not what we are used to what North Americans have so will need to get used to that - would definitely recommend this place to stay in . "

"The area is industrial and commercial. We were unlucky to get a room overlooking multiple train tracks. However the sound proofing was excellent. There are other hotels adjacent and a Super SPAR store nearby. The M restaurant is excellent and the train to Venice is 2 blocks away. The staff was excellent and met our every need."

"Location, location, location. Close to San Marco which meant we could meander down there every evening just to enjoy the ambience. It also meant the tourist attractions were close by as was the transportation to the airport and / or Burano / Murray etc. Worked for us!"
