Incredibly busy, no food, no crockery, coffee machine needed filling and when asking staff for items we were met with attitude of “I’m doing it” We have stayed at this hotel before and had a great experience hence why we booked again, but our room key stopped working before 11am and before we had checked our so we had to return to reception and when we mentioned about breakfast the response was “it’s always like this on a Sunday” we were here on a Sunday before and it...

"The free parking was exceptionally large."

"Good clean hotel in a central location on College Green."

"Breakfast good , room comfortable - price too high"

"Excellent hotel with professional staff. Clean, spacious and well designed. Breakfast waiters are hard working and friendly. However the breakfast buffet is not up to standard. No decent bread after 8:45am, hot buffet dry and crisp. Not good. Still my favourite Cardiff hotel."

"Really nice hotel, good parking although not free. Room was really clean and comfortable. It is in great location for seeing Bristol. Will definitely stay again."

"The room was asceticly pleasing but it was dirty and the tv didn’t connect to the WiFi"
