"Very dated property. Arrived on Sunday 11/1 placed in room 223. Had no hot water called the desk daily and was told someone would fix this. Finally received warmish water on Wednesday evening. DO NOT recommend this property"

"We had a wonderful stay at Sugar Bay Barbados, and one of the biggest reasons was the people. The staff truly made the experience special. Kai, Akiel, Kay, Destiny, and Devon were absolutely amazing. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and personable. It seemed like everywhere you turned, someone was greeting you with a smile and a hello. That kind of genuine hospitality is something you can’t teach, and it speaks volumes about the...

"Our stay at Hotel Le Roy in Barbados was unfortunately disappointing. While the hotel has potential, several issues with the room, including missing amenities, maintenance concerns and housekeeping standards, affected our overall experience. The experience fell short of our expectations, particularly in terms of comfort and attention to detail....

"I was impressed from the moment I walked into the suite. Even better than the pictures. We had ground floor unit, and it was lovely to be able to walk straight out to the garden pathways and pools s from the patio door. Very spacious. Incredibly helpful staff, food was yummy. Sonia in particular was wonderful in trying to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I would return for sure"
