"This hotel is awesome for visiting Chicago. The staff were consistently attentive, respectful and helpful with suggestions. The hotel room was clean and the view we had was fantastic. The pool and hot tub were relaxing — easy to access and get fresh towels. "The staff was super helpful and very welcoming. The room had an amazing view for us, beings it was our first time being in Chicago. It’s was so close to everything we wanted to visit and super convenient. I will most definitely stay at this hotel again for future stays in the city.!! "Room was nice. They gave us a room on highest floor which was really nice. Very welcoming at check in and easy check out. We were there during new years so lots of in and out traffic but wasn’t super loud and security on site too. One thing that disappointed us was we found a used condom in our room under the bed so that wasn’t great. One minor stain on one of the sheets but nothing crazy. Still, not ideal. Told the front desk and they removed one of the fees for those things but I feel like...

"The property looks beautiful and the staff is very friendly. The details are, however, very lacking. The window in my room was drafty and upon inspection there were stains on the curtains. The shower had basically no edge to it and the curtain was short enough that the floor flooded when we showered. The bed was also not comfortable- especially the pillows which had zero support. It's a good location but I definitely won't be staying here again."
