"Very good condition, accessible lovely team"

"Rooms need numerous updates. Furniture was dirty and broken. Kitchen was poorly stocked. Appliances all need to be replaced. Carpet was dirty throughout all the rooms."

"The pools"

"We were given a parking lot view with a balcony. The outdoor amenities were not all open do to construction. Getting a towel in the opened lazy river area was impossible. There seemed to be no hotel staff outside. We were later told access to our towels was somewhere closer to our building. We never found towels. Food in the restaurant was not the best, but we are food snobs. Parking was a separate charge."

"Everything was great besides the construction going on at the property and closure of the marketplace and pool slide. The room had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and loved the sound of the fountain outside our screened balcony."

"Our room had not been cleaned. The tub had hair and dirt. Dead bugs lay on the floor by the toilet. The bed felt like a sheet of plywood. When I lay down, I instantly felt things crawling on me. We booked another hotel and left at midnight. When my husband went to check out the next day, the staff was understanding and only charged for parking/resort fee for the night."

"Great property and staff."
