"What worked well
Very convenient location, situated across the road from the promenade and close to the pier and funfair. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in and check-out were easy.
What could have been better
Parking at the hotel was very limited, so we were unable to park there.
I booked an executive room, but it felt fairly average. The room was very basic, more like a Travelodge, and did not feel worth over £200 per night.
Breakfast was below average, especially the cooked...

"Hotel was dirty ,stayed in a family room on the top floor,window can be opened wide making it unsafe for children.Needs safety catch putting in place. No receptionist on arrival or on leaving.Would not recommend this hotel"
"The lift could do with turbo-charging, it's very slow. The room was very hot, unfortunately the windows are rather old fashioned so not easy to open. and when the window is open the doors bang. When the window is closed the heating automatically comes on. No happy medium."
"The hotel is an adults only hotel which meant it was very quiet and peaceful. The staff where every friendly and helpful. Because of our blue badge parking was free in front of the hotel. Unfortunately if you have no blued badge you have to pay for parking. The hotel is just a five minute walk to the start of the shops."
"Delightful staff, couldn’t have been ore helpful - reception, bar, restaurant and very accommodating of our large dog. Dinner and breakfast really good."
"Bed room clean. Mattress and pillows on the hard side.
Shower room sensors stayed on all night so did not sleep very well.
Noise and banging throughout the night, from the dining room below I think, dragging of chairs.
Bathroom had recycled soap dispensers with clogged shampoo. Would have been nice to have had small unopened mini bottles for hygiene purposes.
Fantastic evening meal and breakfast.

"The person on the front desk (Andrew?) was incredibly nice and helpful. Inn is older but was in great shape, excellent views. Sitting room was nice to enjoy. Bathroom was small but totally serviceable.
Room was cool with the window open and nice to hear the ocean. I'd go there again any time!"
