"Lovely welcoming staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean , seal around the bath needs cleaning as well as the shower glass but otherwise all clean. The corridors need cleaning/sprucing up. The bedroom doors need painting/cleaning. Carpets need a good clean in some places. Food in the bar was lovely and breakfast was good."

"The hotel was great. The family room was spacious and more than suitable for a family of 4. The pool, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi were easy to access and a nice activity for the family ( children only able to access pool but the rest were a nice respite for mum.) The children were also excited to receive a certificate from the staff for good swimming.
There is a Starbucks on site which is handy during a busy day. The bar/restaraunt was convenient but a bit pricey for pub grub, but there are...

"Staff always excellent and great service by everyone. Stayed here 3 times in last 2 months and 1 more to go in September and no problems at all. Room good size and has mini fridge, complimentary waters, iron & ironing board , sky TV and free car parking as standard which are pluses."
"We enjoyed our two night stay at the Indigo in Chester very much. Spotlessly clean and comfortable room though a little short on storage and no useable bedside tables. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and the staff pleasant and friendly and the services very good. "Hair dryer set on fire, and room smelt of smoke.Staff solution was to open a window. Shower was just boiling hot water. Room door lock didn’t always work. Room needed renovation. Would not recommend. Staff didn’t ask about our stay when checking out."
