"This hotel is clearly the best in Llandudno. Great location and It’s well renovated and staff are very friendly and helpful.
The food we preferred was really good especially the seafood linguini and the mussles.
Beds are comfy and very clean sheets. Bathrooms well renovated and in perfect working order.
Breakfast is ok very crowded and coffee too weak and not hot enough.
Parking is plentiful all around the hotel and with a blue badge you can park for free all the time.

"We were a family with a baby and a toddler, we were put in a room on the top floor, furthest away from the lift. We had to pass through 5 doors to get there - quite difficult with a pram, luggage and baby.
The room was south facing, so absolutely boiling in 30°C - not ideal for young children and babies.
The food was not enjoyable. The only thing my family and I enjoyed were the croissants and yoghurt at breakfast.

"The property was in an excellent location and within walking distance to all the main sites. The room was well provisioned and very clean. It certainly had the "old world" feeling consistent with being in a "castle" town."
