"Excellent hotel that I stay during each visit to Slovenia. Clean and spacious rooms. Nice restaurant and breakfast. Just one remark - cold water in spa center pool. In past this was nice hot jakuzi, but now it’s cold. I’ll not use it next time. "

"Very nice two night stay at Hotel Heritage recently. The hotel is small (only 20 rooms), lovely, and in a great location. FYI - Ljubljana has the largest pedestrian zone in Europe, so you cannot drive to Hotel Heritage, even to drop off luggage. However, it's located pretty close to the edge of the zone, so you can cab to the bridge at the end of the pedestrian zone, and then it's a 5-minute (tops!) walk to the hotel with your luggage from there. "Great location for exploring the city - everywhere is walkable from the hotel. Hotel has a lovely modern and friendly boutique feel. Staff all very accommodating. Great breakfast included with lots of options and large portions. Only thing visitors may want to consider is our bathroom had a transparent glass wall and door which may not be suitable for all people sharing a room! Not sure if all rooms have this feature. "

The only hiccups was the “check-in system” was not working properly when we were doing the check in after the working hours. However, we managed to seek help from this bar at the lobby.
