"We had a good stay. The staff were efficient and the amenities good. Breakfast was great and a good variety of dairy free / gluten free options too.
Please note, the swimming pool and changing rooms are quite dated and look MUCH bigger in the pictures.
Location is good near Eiffel tower, shops and smaller restaurants.
Room was dated and in need of a refresh but we really appreciated the blackout curtains and aircon in a May heatwave!"

"Nous sommes arrivés à 23h30, je ne m’attendais pas à ce qu’il y ait de l’attente pour le Check in, c’était assez long.
Sinon la chambre était très propre, bien entretenue, le seul bémol pour un établissement de ce standing la, c’est qu’il n’y avait pas de peignoir.
La porte de la salle de bain était horriblement lourde, on s’est fait les muscles pendant le week-end lol.
Le restaurant et le bar de l’hôtel étaient vraiment très bien.
Nous n’avons malheureusement pas eu le temps de tester le bar...

"Just got back from our stay. Went for my anniversary. Was no customer service and I paid a big price for little care and understanding. Staff couldn’t be bothered, ended up paying being overpriced and overlooked. Then they wanted me to paid more for a room set up which was £280 on top of my bill for the room I already paid for. Outside was stunning perfect view of the Eiffel Tower. Was impressed. Part from that was left disappointed and heartbroken, for what was meant to be an unforgettable...

"The hotel was beautiful, and the bed was very comfortable. The courtesy shuttle was great. Unfortunately an older couple who had be waiting 1/2 hour was pushed aside by 2 passengers that had been there for about 10 minutes. They were younger and more agile so easily got their bags into the shuttle. The couple had to wait another 1/2 hour which was very upsetting for them. Perhaps the driver could ask the travellers who had been there the longest."

"I wouldnt recommend this hotel. It should be rated a 2 star at most. The towels in the room were dirty, ,arks on the bed linen. Communication with reception is non existent. The transfer bus was always full so why isnt there additional running service for your guests. Breakfast very average. Broken coffee machine, carpets all stained. Very dirty. Pool is ok but zome of the showers not working. Lots of chlorine which effects children. Far from Disney. Pay a little more amd stay elsewhere."
