"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was much smaller than expected, making it uncomfortable for a longer stay. In addition, the housekeeping service was below standard. The staff seemed to focus only on cleaning the bathroom, while the rest of the room was often left untouched and not properly cleaned.
Overall, the room size and poor housekeeping significantly affected my experience, and I do not feel that the hotel met the standards I expected."

"The staff and the location of the New Yorker made for a perfect trip! Mohamed at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful, as it was our 1st trip to NYC. The hotel location was central to everything we wanted to do and just a block from Madison Square Garden. Unbeatable for the price! We would definitely stay here again."
"Room was filthy, air conditioner sounded like a jet plane every time it turned on. No wash cloths in room. Room door stuck and couldn’t get out of the room. Elevators broken. Had to walk up 9 flights of stairs. Which were locked and had to be let In by security. Not worth the money. And staff seemed to be inconvenienced every time we requested any help."
"Room had no AC for the 2 nights we stayed… the wifi didn’t work on the first night either. Maintenance was called to the room and we still were extremely hot in there. The thermostat says 68 but the temperature of the room was 78/9. Otherwise it was okay a good location."
