"Small hotel located in a very convenient area. The staff is super nice and attentive. Every single staff went above and beyond to help. Rooms look recently renovated. The roof terrace is quite small. The afternoon tea is nice. I have great experience here overall."

"I had a wonderful time. Great location, nice breakfast, friendly staff, clean rooms with lots of amenities (fruit, drinks). Definitely staying again. I was too busy to use the gym, as it closes at 8 pm. Perhaps leaving it open a bit later would be nice. (24 hour would be great), please consider it. Also the handle of the shower falls off, not a big problem as you can still use it, but please fix it."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is intimate and located near dining, shopping, the Opera House and the river. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. Breakfast has many choices, plus the option to order food. Everything we needed was a short walk away. We didn't use the pool but I will say it's much smaller than pictured. We enjoyed happy hour on the rooftop a few times. Overall, I highly recommend Silverland Jolie! Be aware: you need to go up a flight of stairs to enter the hotel. People with disability issues could find that difficult. "
