"Arrived an hour early at 2pm and was asked to pay extra what a liberty and there was a room ready, won’t be staying again , other than that it was a ok stay , but bedding felt cheap sheets etc"

"Attentiveness was excellent, customer service was on a high standard! Cannot fault anything with exception of the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. I’m sure it’s a warm and cosy during winter however please invest in air conditioning. "

"My partner and I stayed here as a very belated birthday treat and the hotel was amazing from the moment it came in to view. Our room was in the main house and full of period grace and style. The bathroom was clean with a lovely bath and powerful shower. Breakfast was delicious, the largest buffet selection possible, it was all perfectly fresh and regularly being topped up. The grounds are stunning too. Lovely first floor bar open until 1am with plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the last of...
