"Every person on the staff was approachable, nice, and super helpful. The king bed was very comfy. The room was very clean and quiet though the cars honking outside were loud on Friday night into the early hours (but c'mon, you're in NYC). Much less so Saturday and Sunday. There's also a night club on the weekends by we couldn't hear a thing on the eight floor. The 24 hour diner downstairs was extremely convenient, tasty, and gave off the vibe of a bygone era in a good way."

"Located in a very safe area and liked how restaurants where close to the hotel and Central Park is about 6 minutes away which I liked a lot."

"The front reception staff was very nice. The room 808 toilet hanger was loose and didn’t flush properly. I had to open the top of the tank to adjust the water pressure. The bath shower handler came out of the shower. I stayed only one night and it was enough. Hopefully, they fix it first the next customer."

"AC, Streaming services did not work in my room. There was a a hair(s) in the shower from the last guest. The facilities are very dated. Extraordinarily poor facilities and condition for the price. Would not recommend. I am a frequent business traveler and this by far one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in."
